The strength of the 'nanotech barcode'

 

DatatraceDNA consists of a group of molecules that can be integrated into the structural composition of most manufactured materials. When the material is interrogated by our hand-held digital reader, it generates a unique signal, similar to a fingerprint or DNA. In doing so, an individual marker invisible to the naked eye can be assigned to identify product authenticity.

      

  

As DatatraceDNA is bonded to a product's molecular structure, it is chemically inert, safe and strong enough to persist in any conditions. DatatraceDNA can be added to a wide range of materials to ensure product management, manufacturing process and logistics control, inventory management and control, quality assurance management and control, pollution control and for verifying the authenticity of products and materials.

Multiple applications for manufacturing, coating, and mixing.

DatatraceDNA can be incorporated homogeneously in the manufacturing process to enable authentication of a product for its entire lifespan and beyond. Another form of the technology is a spray-on lacquer that can be applied to most materials post-manufacture.

The technology can also be used to test homogeneity of bulk products by utilizing combinations of our molecular markers and using the portable reader to confirm when mixing has been achieved. This application of DatatraceDNA has widespread implications for efficiency and safety in industries that need to accurately monitor batch mixing, including concrete, paint, chemicals, and explosives.
